So, you’ve finally decided to act on your New Year’s resolution and have decided to go to the gym.


Good decision, but do you have the right things to wear. Yeah, you could opt for the old t-shirt or boring tracksuit- but why not join the gym with your fashion game on point? Also, it’s important to wear the correct attire to the gym for proper comfort and support. Anything interfering with these two aspects, and you’ll find it hard to fully concentrate on your workout.


But don’t you worry, I came of a list of things that work perfectly for this purpose. Here are some of the things that you should wear to your workout ensemble right now:


Sports Bra




Yeah, of course, you would wear a bra to the gym, but your ordinary padded bra wouldn’t sit well against an intense workout. The best thing about the sports bra is that it holds everything in place- and reduces movement in the bust area without crushing your ribcage. The correct sports bra should be made from breathable and comfortable material so that it’s okay for you to work out in it. For most women, a good sports bra and a pair of gym pants are the ideal things to wear to the gym.


Gym tank top shirts



If you’re not okay with showing up to the gym in just a sports bra, you can slip on a gym tank top shirt on top of it. Now, Gym tank top shirts are different from your ordinary baggy t-shirt, especially if it’s from the activewear range. Yes, it’s important to look stylish both during and after your workout- I don’t make the rules! You can opt for a light and stylish jacket over your gym clothes to walk out of the gym like a celeb. It’s not only stylish but also comfortable during the cold winter months.
